To protect your business model, ensure your Terms of Service (ToS) include these three specific "Northern" clauses:

Terms & Conditions

Currency & Billing: "All fees are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). NordicCRM is not responsible for any minor fluctuations caused by third-party payment processors, though our base rate remains fixed in CAD."

Trial Terms: "The 14-day free trial is provided to allow users to evaluate the platform. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the 14 days, access will be restricted unless a paid plan is selected."

Anti-Spam (CASL) Compliance: "Users of NordicCRM agree to comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You represent that you have obtained proper consent from all contacts before utilizing our automated SMS or email tools."
